Responsibilities: This position is responsible for daily front line technical support of our customers via email and telephone as well as troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues our customers may experience. The position provides technical support for level one and two escalation issues via helpdesk and performs other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Experience: The successful candidate will have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft SQL, TCP/IP communications and Web/Wireless technologies; experience with documenting procedures in a call tracking system and the ability to troubleshoot and articulate technical procedures as needed. Candidate must have the ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues. Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer experience is a must. The ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors along with excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Must be able to work after-hours rotating on-call shift.

Education: Minimum associate’s degree in information technology or in a related discipline or equivalent job experience.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and works closely with internal engineering, support, deployment, and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical systems and services.

Our projects include CJIS-compliant cloud and on-premise deployments, systems integrations, message switch modernization, NIEM XML initiatives, SSO/SAML integrations, and operational upgrades for state and federal justice agencies.

Responsibilities
• Manage multiple customer projects from initiation through closeout
• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, risks, budgets, and resources
• Lead customer meetings, status reporting, and implementation planning
• Track project scope and manage change requests
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, deployment, QA, support, and cloud operations
• Assist with implementation strategies, testing coordination, deployment planning, and customer acceptance activities
• Create and Maintain project documentation and reporting
